With the New Year, PoolOne embarks on a new era: the long-standing managing directors and founding shareholders Arnd Giesen, Lutz Kirsten and Hans Wittwer have resigned from the management board as of 01.01.2024 and are moving to the newly founded advisory board. In the advisory board, they will represent the interests of the shareholders and continue to advise the company on selected projects. This ensures that the company will retain its long-standing, successful expertise in the future.
The management team now consists of the newly appointed, former authorised signatory Benedikt Bäumer, who is responsible for nationwide site purchasing and IT; Christian Niehoff, who is responsible for administration and finance, as well as Markus Stahmer, responsible for Sales & Marketing and Human Resources.
With the management changes, PoolOne is consistently continuing on the path of securing the future and further developing the successful company. In addition to the further expansion of existing business areas and the targeted digitalisation of selected locations, sustainability and the resulting reduction of the ecological footprint remain a focus.
